SPAK and BKH in action/ Investigations into electoral crimes continue

SPAK and BKH continue intensive work with investigations into electoral crimes in the Elbasan region.

According to media reports, the investigations focused on both the pre-election phase and voting day.

It is learned that evidence, testimony or materials are being collected that could document cases such as vote buying, threats against voters, illegal use of public administration by some mayors for electoral purposes or the involvement of some large businesses as well as structured criminal groups in the electoral process.

Investigative groups are analyzing video footage, electronic communications, and other relevant data with the aim of fully clarifying any case that may constitute a violation of electoral and criminal law.

SPAK has warned that any individual or group that has attempted to violate the vote or the democratic election process will be prosecuted./ CNA
