Apartment prices continue to rise in Tirana. From the data that have not been reported recently, the prices of apartments vary over 1,000 euros/m² from 900 euros/m² that started last year the sales price.
In certain areas of the capital, prices tend to double.
Builders have often expressed that the increase in prices was influenced by the high cost of construction materials.
Two other influencing factors could be high demand and inflated prices.
