We have all seen the movie "Home Alone", when the parents forget about their son and go on vacation.

The same story happened in Italy, but this time it is not a movie script but a reality of an Italian family.  

 Hard to believe but totally real. The event took place in Bologna, Italy, where a 7-year-old boy was left alone on the street after his parents, unaware of his absence, left for the destination they had chosen for vacation.

The boy who was crying and looking for his parents was noticed by some passers-by, who then alerted the police. 

After contacting the parents, it was also clarified how the event had happened.

The parents had left in two different ways. The child was supposed to go camping with his father, but at the last moment he changed his mind and wanted to join his mother.

However, the woman driving the car was gone for a few minutes and so the little one was left on the road. The man believed that the boy had left with his mother, but the latter, unaware of the change of plans, had left a few minutes earlier.

The family returned to the son's residence and then together with the son went on vacation again. /CNA.al
