The names of Tirana Municipality officials and representatives of entities for whom the Tirana Prosecution requested security measures today have a "common denominator", Arben Maloku. The latter, former administrator of the Zall Herr Administrative Unit, is the collaborator of one of the directors of the famous "5D file", where he built thousands of square meters without permission in the middle of Tirana.

Arben Maloku, who turned out to be the founder of the company "Jon Construction", which is now owned by Sokol Tushe, Taulant Tushe's brother, has been under investigation by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offense of "Illegal Construction".

The Municipality of Tirana under the leadership of Erion Veliaj allowed Arben Maloku and his family members, closely linked to the "5D" directors, to build thousands of square meters without permits in the capital.

A year ago, CNA reported that the company "Arb&Trans-2010" sh.pk" had carried out over 2,700 m2 of construction in violation of the permit granted in a building in "Myslym Shyri", Tirana. This building began construction in 2021 and has been seized by the authorities.

One of the persons for whom the prosecution requested security measures is Shyqyri Maloku, the father of Arben Maloku. The prosecution's announcement states that Shyqyri Maloku is the administrator of the entity "Arb & Trans -2000". This company turns out to be owned by his son, Arben Maloku.

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has requested the measure "Compulsory appearance" against the legal representative of the entity "Arb & Trans -2000", Fatmir Firi. This name is also linked to Arben Maloku, more precisely, he is his father-in-law.

We recall that Arben Maloku's unauthorized constructions were also denounced by democrat Belind Këlliçi, who denounced at the time that the senior Tirana Municipality official had benefited from 34 million euros in tenders from Erion Veliaj.
