The scandal with the legalization of informal facilities/ KLSH clears up the

Today, KLSH is reporting to the Economy Commission the scandal regarding the legalization of informal facilities.

KLSH declares that it has audited 4 local directors of the Cadastre Agency for the approval of informal facilities in violation of the criteria for their qualification and legalization.

"Mainly in local self-government during 2023, the KLSH has audited 4 local directorates of the Cadastre Agency for the approval of informal facilities.

- The main findings regarding the non-application of criteria for the qualification and legalization of self-declared informal facilities, qualification and approval of informal facilities that are built outside the legal deadline.

- Informal buildings built with temporary unstable materials with plasterboard, sheet metal and others not connected to the land system and do not meet the conditions for registration.

- Informal objects built exceeding the legal limit of the construction plot. Taking advantage of more surface area than the law provides.

- Informal facilities built in violation of public infrastructure without respecting the distance as well as within state institutions. Existing facilities while no declaration of demolition of the facility declarant is available.

- Informal facilities built in areas where they are concentrated for the economy.

-Informal facilities built inside high voltage lines.

- The legalization of informal facilities that are positioned by the water-collecting canals without enforcing the specified legal distances", reports KLSH./ CNA
