Lawyer Ylli Manjani has reacted regarding the scandal that involved the doctors of the Oncology Department.

In the journalist Adi Krasta's show, Manjani said that this system is overturned with a vote and for this to happen someone must have an alternative system ready.

Manjani said that this is the moment when the people must react and understand that this medical system is over.

"If we have a corrupt individual, it is easy to isolate him. Justice, good or bad, must do something.

The problem is that, if justice has this criterion, the mission of the system is not justice. The system should be regulated by good governance.

This is where the task of the people begins. If people accept this government mechanism, which does not serve them, which puts people in the trenches, because it makes people wild, I want the cure.

If the health system puts the doctors in criminal positions, the doctors on one side, the patients on the other, this is a system and it must be overthrown.

This system is not overturned by SPAK, nor reform, nor Hasani and Hyseni, only the vote overturns it.

And to overturn the vote, someone has to have an alternative system ready. Someone must tell the Albanian people that this medical system is over. This free system is not free. Get ready people, you're in for a treat.

They must be told the truth in their eyes. And then it must be said, how to do it.

How Western governments have solved them for years. It's insurance culture. There is collective insurance and there is individual insurance depending on the service you will receive. This is where the government starts, the government says that in order to increase this service, we must increase the percentage.
