Shtyhet senca për ish kryebashkiakun socialist/ Fatos Tushe mbetet në burg

Gjykata e Apelit të Posaçëm Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit  të Organizuar ka shtyrë seancën ndaj ish-kryebashkiakut të Lushnjës Fatos Tushe.

Shkak është bërë mungesa e njërit prej avokatëve.

Seanca e radhës është caktuar me 24 janar ora 9:30.

Kujtojmë se në muajin korrik të vitit të kaluar,  Gjykata e Posaçme Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar ka dënuar me 2 vite e 4 muaj burg, ish-kryebashkiakun e Lushnjes Fatos Tushe, i cili akuzohet për shpërdorim detyre.

Prokuroria e Posaçme fillimisht kërkoi dënimin me 5 vite burg për Tushen. Për shkak të gjykimit të shkurtuar, ai përfitoi ulje me 1/3 e dënimit, ndërsa do ta kryejë në një burg të zakonshëm.

Ish-kryebashkiakut i hiqet gjithashtu e drejta për të ushtruar funksione publike për pesë vitet e ardhshme. Po ashtu, edhe ish-nënkryetari është dënuar me 1.8 vite heqje lirie./CNA.al
