From the denunciation of Alda Klos to the sums of money seized/ the Prosecution

The Prosecutor's Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court requests "Prison arrest" for RD and HD citizens, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Theft" of property that has brought serious consequences committed in cooperation, provided for by articles 134/3 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Tirana Judicial District, on 27.12.2022, registered criminal proceedings no. 9920 year 2022.

On 15.12.2022, at around 2:10 p.m., the Tirana Police Operations Room was notified that the residence of the AK citizen was stolen on "Kosovarë" Street, in the "Orion" building

Pas kontrollit të bërë, kjo shtetase sqaroi se i mungonin të gjitha bizhuteritë të shumë viteve të cilat i ka patur tek sirtari i parë i komodinës së vogël, në krah të dollapit.

Për ngjarjen është pyetur shtetësja R.D, e cila ka deklaruar se prej rreth 5 vjetësh ishte pastruese e banesës.

Nga Prokuroria dhe policia gjyqësore është vijuar me kryerjen e veprimeve hetimore. Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se autorë të dyshuar të vjedhjes së banesës së shtetases A. K., janë shtetasit R.D., dhe djali i saj H.D.

Në këto kushte nga ana e Prokurorisë është kërkuar kontrolli i banesës ku jetojnë të dyshuarit me qëllim kërkimin dhe gjetjen e provave të veprës penale.

Nga kontrolli i ushtruar janë gjetur dhe janë sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës materiale:

1. Shuma prej 58 150 (pesëdhjetë e tetëmijë e njëqind e pesedhjetë) euro;

2. Amount of 7000 (seven thousand) dollars;

3. The sum of 368,000 (three hundred and sixty-eight thousand) ALL;

4. Various gold and silver jewelry.

On the basis of suspicions that other items were hidden in the apartment, the suspect's apartment was carefully searched and an amount of 404,800 Euros, 8500 USD and a significant amount of jewelry were found hidden in the suction pipe, which are suspected that they also belong to other persons where RD worked as a cleaner.

The above shows that the criminal offense of "Theft" was committed by the citizens of RD and HD, with serious consequences committed in cooperation, provided by articles 134/3 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

Under these conditions, their arrest was made at the initiative of the judicial police.
