Journalist Anila Hoxha has cast doubts on the 'futility' of this paradoxical operation.

Nje operacion paradoksal , qe nuk eshte gje tjeter vecse nje truk qe synon te tregoje se policia dhe institucionet jane ne pune . Por edhe nje genjeshter e madhe, sepse nuk kemi pare te bllokohet cdo makine qe qarkullon mbasi ndodh nje ngjarje ne rruge. Por edhe kur jane bllokuar mjete luksoze apo vipash kemi pare qe kane dale si me magji prej komisariateve, duke na lene te drejten qe te dyshojme se sa me shume sasi, aq me teper korrupsion, e aq me shume shefa te kollarisur mbasi ne te ardhmen e afert do ti shohim si biznesmene, si pronare resortesh, hotelesh, pse jo dhe skafesh apo trashegimtare te vjehrres , vjehrrit dhe nipce te pasurish.

Por ne te tashmen kur askush nuk reagon e ti shporre , ata sjane gje tjeter vecse ca te korrupruar , xhepat e te cileve mbushen nga keto aksione pa kuptim.

Perse?

Sepse eshte jo ligjore te sekuestrosh mjete me pretendimin se duhen verifikuar dokumentat e tyre. Ose duhet pranuar qe nuk dihet se cka ne toke e as ne det. Kjo do te ishte tmerresisht me e rende .

Mbasi:

1. Cdo mjet lundrues qe hyn ne territorin e Shqiperise, eshte e detyrueshme te rregjistrohet ne dogane. Gjurma e pare kjo.

2. Mbasi rregjistrohet ne Dogane, cdo mjet lundrues, rregjistrohet ne Rregjistrin Detar Durres.Gjurma e dyte. Aty disponohet me detaje per te dhenat dokumentare te mjetit.

3. Mbas ketij momenti deklarohet vendbazimi, perdorimi, qellimi deri tek sa eshte numri i ekuipazhit . Gjurma e trete.
