The scandal with the nurse, Auron Pelaj, who rapes the elderly woman in an asylum in Peja, Kosovo, has attracted the attention of the international media.

This is the shocking moment an elderly woman in a care home in Kosovo was repeatedly slapped by a nurse.

In the images shared on social networks, the worker at the Orenda elderly residence, in Peja, holds the woman by the hands and slaps her several times.

Two other women are seen in the video and another is filming her who can be heard laughing loudly as her colleague attacks the elderly woman.  

The nurse is heard saying 'just a little slap, as far as I know, a little kick', according to  

Daily Mail. The elderly woman appears to be in serious condition after being attacked by the employee.

After the incident, the nurse and a housekeeper were arrested. The housekeeper was arrested after not reporting the attack to the police.

In a statement, the Kosovo Police said that based on the recording circulating on social networks, officials identified the location around 2:10 p.m. yesterday and arrested two suspects./CNA.al
