The head of the State Police Muhamet Rrumbullaku has held a meeting with the Prosecutor General, Olsian Çela.

During the meeting, it was discussed about strengthening the cooperation between the prosecution offices of the general jurisdiction and the structures of the State Police, in order to increase the professional capacities of the investigation structures.

Both Rrumbullaku and Çela have evaluated the institutional interaction so far and discussed the steps that should be taken to increase the professional capacities of the investigation structures.

According to the two leaders in this framework, the opportunities for coordinating measures that will increase the efficiency of investigations for a number of criminal offenses will be maximized. 

It was also agreed on the importance of harmonizing priorities in the function of good administration and efficient use of human and technical resources, aiming to increase the striking power of law enforcement bodies against criminal phenomena that harm public order and security./ CNA.al
