The document is revealed - How the judge of the Supreme Court was dismissed

From the hacking of the e-mails of the former head of SHISH, Helidon Bendo, a document has been published that shows the letter addressed to Prime Minister Edi Rama and Helidon Bendo from the KPK.

The letter mentions the case of the dismissal of the judge of the Supreme Court, Shkëlzen Selimi, who, as can be understood from the context of the letter, was dismissed without evidence that he had inappropriate contacts.

“…nëse u referohemi tre rasteve të ndryshme, çështja Selimi, Toska dhe Broci, raportet nga DSIK kanë ardhur të ndryshme, bindja e komisionit është disi e ndryshme nga konkluzionet e nxjerra nga raportet. A mundet Komisioni të veprojë në padijeni totale të informacionit, që ka shërbyer për përgatitjen e këtij raporti? A mundet komisioni t’i kalojë barrën e provës subjektit të rivlerësimit për një konkluzion, të cilin as ai vetë nuk ka mundur ta vlerësojë dhe të krijojë bindjen e brendshme mbi këtë çështje? Një vendim i tillë do të ishte lehtësisht i kontestueshëm nga çdo gjykatë më e lartë dhe do të binte ndesh me parimin e një procesi të rregullt ligjor”.

Genta Tafa i kërkon Ramës dhe Bendos të ndërhyjnë, duke premtuar se informacionet sekrete do të ruhen si të tilla.
