The search announcement was made last Thursday on 10.11.2021, following the request of SPAK.
CNA.al has confirmed from official sources that Mërtiri was searched in his apartment where he was not found.
The operational forces, BKH and SPAK have gone to execute the arrest warrant at his apartment located in the "Ambassador 3" building.
Police sources told CNA.al that Mërtiri has left Albania and it is suspected that he was aware of the arrest.
