Rrahën brutalisht dy persona/ Prokuroria ndryshon akuzën për Rrajat

Prokuroria e Tiranës ka ndryshuar akuzën për anëtarët e fisit Rraja, të cilët në mënyrë brutale rrahën dy anëtarët e familjes Maja.

Sipas gazetares Klodiana Lala, Prokuroria ka vlerësuar se hetimet duhet të vijojnë për akzuën palgosje e lehtë me dashje, ndryushe nga akuza e mëhershme për plagosje e rëndë me dashje e kryer në bashkëpunim.

Ndryshimi i kualifikimit ka ardhur pas administrimit të akt-ekspertimeve mjeko ligjore ndaj të dëmtuarve.

Përveç lehtësimit të pozitës penale, akuza e re kërkon ankim nga të dëmtuarit për vijimin e hetimit.

Kujtojmë se ngjarja ndodhi pak kohë më parë. Anëtarë të fisit Rraja dhunuan brutalisht dy anëtarët e fisit Maja të cilët përfunduar në spital.

E gjitha nisi për një gurore në Krujë. Pamjet e videos që qarkulloi në media ishin të rënda ku dy të sulmuarit shfaqeshin të shtrirë në tokë dhe tërësisht të gjakosur.
