The Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, has denied the news of MP Luan Baçi, where he says that no state structure has intervened to extinguish the active fire in the village of Hambar in Cakran, Fier.

Peleshi says that the Cougar helicopter has also been dispatched to intervene from the air.

According to him, the fire brigade and residents of the area are working on the ground, to avoid any danger to the houses nearby.

"Immediately after the notification from the civil emergency structures of the municipality of Fier, about a fire in an area with olive groves and bushes in the village of Hambar, in the administrative unit Cakran, the Cougar helicopter was launched for intervention from the air.
