Journalist Lutfi Dervishi spoke this evening about the concert that is expected to be held in a few days in Tirana and the allocation of funds from the state budget for its development.

In a television show, Dervishi said that the government is mocking people's conscience. Among other things, he said that it is abnormal to equate Albania with a political party or a person.

He also said that a political rotation or change of government has never been a national tragedy.

"The problem is that words don't matter here. Where does the word of the Minister of Finance, the other minister, the MPs who say zero lek from the state budget go... Now they say "they will go back". That is, to mock the normal conscience of a person. We are not talking about how many will go back and how many will leave. What remains is this: there is a different mentality here. We can do whatever we want. We accept that we make mistakes, but it is never thought that we can leave power. And the equating of a party, a person, with Albania. This is completely abnormal and illogical. The people can make mistakes, but the people are the ones who correct them very quickly. The departure from power, the departure, the opening of the wing, the rotation was done by the SP. It has changed 4-5 prime ministers. It did not find anything for Albania. The processes continued, it moved forward. That is, the change of a prime minister, nor the change of a government, nor the rotation, has ever been a tragedy "It is being experienced as a national tragedy if any kind of change occurs ," said Dervishi.

The journalist further said that the government is taking completely opposite actions compared to what it declares.  

"The protest has given the opportunity, 40 days is giving an opportunity, it says 'we have not created a political party, we are not asking you to leave and we will come'. It has given them an opportunity to change. What is the change? Here are just a few words. 'We are listening to you, we are taking notes'. With concrete actions they do the opposite. And in this case, this is the symbolism of this action. It is not simply the issue of 4 million euros that could have been used to buy firefighting planes, or to build ambulances, or to invest in other areas. It is not simply this budget arithmetic. It is simply the gesture that you make, which simply ignores the word that you yourself gave", he said. /CNA
