The General Director of the State Police, Gladis Nano, yesterday held a meeting with representatives of the psychologists' service in the State Police.

The focus of this meeting was the exchange of opinions and the identification of current problems related to the service of psychologists in the State Police and the provision of relevant recommendations for the improvement of this service, in the function of assistance, testing and evaluation of Police employees. , who during the process of their work show problems and emotional burdens, especially in some structures or police units that are considered to be of increased risk during the performance of their duties.

Nano, recognizing the role and contribution of the psychologist's service, for the performance of the functional duties of the State Police, during his speech, said:

"Our daily work is challenging for us, not only as professionals, but also as people, due to the 24/24 commitment and the emotional load of the cases handled.

Për këtë qëllim, ne kemi ngritur një grup pune, në mënyrë që ky proces të kryhet në mënyrë sa më të plotë, duke marrë për bazë jo vetëm legjislacionin shqiptar të fushës, por edhe eksperiencën e shërbimit të psikologut të policive të vendeve të tjera dhe në bashkëpunim edhe me misionet policore që asistojnë Policinë e Shtetit.”

Në vijim të bashkëbisedimit të Drejtorit të Përgjithshëm, Zëvendësdrejtorit të Përgjithshëm dhe Drejtorit të Burimeve Njerëzore, me profesionistë të fushës dhe të shërbimit të psikologut në Policinë e Shtetit, u konkludua se është i nevojshëm fuqizimi i kapaciteteve të këtij shërbimi, si dhe rishikimi i procedurës standarde që normon punën e tij.

Nisur nga kjo, Drejtori i Përgjithshëm caktoi, për shërbimin e psikologut në Policinë e Shtetit dhe për sektorët përkatës, detyrat si vijojnë:
