Some of the cars confiscated during the "Forca e Lagiti" operation, which have been proven by a court decision to have been created through money from criminal activities, have been used by the state.

According to the Report TV journalist, Arsen Rusta, the Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the Supreme Judicial Council are among the entities that have used vehicles confiscated by the "Force of the Law" operation, the structure of which, with the same name, completed its function more than 2 years ago.

In the report of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Agency, it appears that Minister Spiropali has used a 2009 BMV vehicle, while the Supreme Judicial Council has a 2012 BMV.

Among the beneficiaries is SPAK with two vehicles, while the Police Directorate of Tirana has benefited from a confiscated SUV. OFL closed its mission on December 31, 2020 and no longer sends forms to subjects, while those open processes in SPAK and GJKKO continue even beyond this deadline.
