The Prime Minister, Edi Rama, at the extended Assembly of the Socialist Party in Pogradec, said that the government has made many steps forward in this mandate.

Once again, the head of the SP emphasized the high tourism figures, where he stated that we continue to have an impressive number of tourists at this time of the year, which shows that Albania is a tourist destination, because the whole world looks like this.

According to him, this should give us courage for the coming year.

"Before the SP Congress and while one year is coming to an end, we are getting ready for another year with important challenges and a number of new opportunities that we have created through our efforts in the function of the country. It is important to share some simple figures to consider how many steps forward we have made and to understand that what has been achieved is the fruit of a joint effort. There is much more to do and we will do it together.

We continue to have an impressive number of tourists and at this time of the year, which shows that Albania is a tourist destination, because the whole world looks at us that way. And after the summer season we continue to have encouraging numbers of tourists coming to Albania. It is something that should give us courage for the next year and the years to come," said Rama./ CNA
