Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that the biggest problem of placing two satellites in space is not their financial cost but the lack of transparency and sharing more information with people.

During an interview in "Review" in Euronews Albania, Spahiu stated that it is sanctioned by law that when the state monitors something related to the personal data of citizens, they must be informed and transparent.

 "I think the financial problem for satellites is the smallest. The biggest problem of all governments has been the lack of control of the territory.

This massacre that took place in Albanian territory has not been seen in any other country that has come out of communism. Does the lack of control come from a lack of technology? In communism, the territory was controlled in every corner, there were no cameras, there were no satellites, it was controlled with the authority of the state.

This situation has changed because we failed to create a state of law. I am not saying that Albania should not be monitored by satellites, but you should inform individuals. It is sanctioned by law that when the state monitors something that includes personal data, citizens must be informed and transparent.
