Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has repeatedly attacked the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, the prosecutor who, upon taking office, set a new standard in the most important prosecution body in the country, which is attacking criminal groups and investigating officials of the state for corruption.
The doctor has political problems, but it seems that he cannot solve it with Duman, but attacks him in order to attack the Justice Reform and the results of SPAK's fight against corruption and crime. All this just for politics, as the doctor has a different opinion and assessment of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

Berisha in the "360 Degrees" show of the journalist Artur Zheji spoke with maximum appreciation and superlatives towards Altin Duman. In December 2017, Berisha considered Duman, as a corruption fighter, independent and who with his results made Albania a world example.
"Who removed the prosecutor who was fighting corruption? Who removed it? With which Albania..., for the war it waged against corruption, Albania became a world example and these are the documents for the chapter it marked. Edi Rama and Sali Berisha's opponents put tremendous pressure on him. He could not resist and said, I'm leaving. It was the prosecutor of the Task Force, the chief prosecutor of the Task Force, Dumani," declared Berisha at the time.
The former prime minister is the man who proposed Altin Duman to head the Task Force that was set up in 2008, which included the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Interior and the Prosecutor's Office. It was the time of Berisha's fierce clash with the former head of the prosecution Theodhori Sollaku, who was then replaced by Ina Rama, who at first was Silvia Konti and then became "boulevard club".
At that time, with the support of the US embassy, ??a Task Force was set up, where the name of the head of this structure was proposed by himself.
Sali Berisha, who did not only give evaluations at that time, but also later when he came to the opposition, he had the highest marks for Altin Duman.
Speaking about Artur Zhejin Berisha says that " Edi Rama and Sali Berisha's opponents put tremendous pressure on him. He could not resist and said, "I'm leaving" .
Edi Rama put pressure on Altin Duman yesterday, but Berisha is not doing the same thing today as Rama did yesterday?!
Duman yesterday and today continues the fight against crime and corruption, while Berisha yesterday and today addresses this prosecutor differently, and this can be seen in the following video.
"Altin Dumani, the head of the criminal organization called SKAP, will enter Guinness as the biggest charlatan in the fight against crime," Berisha declared on May 18, in one of his nightly speeches, at the protest below his house.
But in the attacks on Duman from the balcony of the apartment, Berisha "deliberately forgets", that in 2008 he placed him at the head of the Task Force and with the "blessing" of the Americans, led the structure that the doctor calls world-renowned for success. And today the first Altin Dumani continues the mission with the support of the United States against crime and corruption in the country. Nothing has changed for Altin Dumani, only that the relationship with the USA has changed for the doctor, nothing more than that./ CNA
