Përballja në gjyq me Majlinda Bufin/ Luan Baçi: Humbi betejën e parë kundër meje

Majlinda Bufi

Deputeti Luan Baçi ka deklaruar se Majlinda Bufi, kryetarja e Bashkisë Roskovec, ka humbur betejën e parë ndaj tij në GJKKO.

Baçi theksoi se gjykata e ka mbështetur në prova të pakundërshtueshme dhe e ka shpallur të pafajshëm dhe i quan të vërteta ato çfarë ka thënë për të në statuse.

Deputeti bëri me dije se në datën 22 maj do të ketë sërish një përballje në gjyq me Majlinda Bufin në Gjykatën e Fierit.

“Bufi i Rroskovecit e humbi "betejen"e pare te saj ne Gjykaten e posaçme kunder meje!

E etur per hakmarrje, me arrogance dhe me arsye te erresuar, kerkoi prane GJKKO , denimin tim, pasi sipas saj kam " shpifur" dhe e kam  "fyer"!

Gjykata mbeshtetur ne prova te pakundershtueshme me shpall te pafajshem dhe i quan te verteta, te gjitha se çfare kam thene per zonjen Bufi ne statuset e mia!

Por Zj Bufi nuk ndalet ketu, ne dt 22 Maj te Merkuren ne oren 9 e 45 min, jam ne sallen e gjyqit ne Gjykaten e Fierit!

Bufi eshte ndier e stresuar" ka kaluar periudha te gjata  "ankthi" madje ka siguruar dhe " raport" mjeksor per gjendjen e " renduar" qe ka kaluar dhe qe te "qetsohet"  kerkon 5 milion lek nga une qe ti paguaj menjehere  dhe pret me doren e  shtrir...!

Zj Bufi! Ndaloni se beri presion, mos e harxhoni kohen kot, por fokusohuni te puna juaj si kryetare e bashkise Rroskovec!

Edhe pse nuk e meritoni ate vend, pasi e keni me vota te vjedhura dhe te marra me presionin e pushtetit, mundohuni te beni sado pak, per ate komunitet te nderuar, fisnik dhe punetore, qe ju nuk i meritoni!

Vendimi i GJKKO, vertetoi se nuk qendrojne akuzat tuaja se as kam shpifur dhe as ju kam fyer, kurre nuk do ta beja kete, as per ju dhe per asnje tjeter..

Atehere, kur gjykata verteton, se as nuk kam shpifur  ndaj jush dhe sa nuk ju kam fyer, si ka mundesi qe jeni ndjere e stresuar dhe me gjendje ankthi?

Une kurre nuk do te ndaloj se denoncuari shkeljet dhe abuzimet tuaja dhe te kolegeve te tu te korruptuar, pavaresisht presioneve dhe shantazheve tuaja te kombinuara edhe me te tjere....!

Eshte ne nderin tuaj te terhiqeni nga ky gjyq i neveritshem, duke kerkuar lek qe te "qetesoheni"nga "shqetesimi" qe keni kaluar!

Vetem leket ju qetesojne, qe i kerkoni me kaq ngulm?Sherbeni qytetareve tuaj, punoni dhe beni detyren dhe ju siguroj qe do te gjeni qetesine e duhur! Mua nuk me trembni dot, as ju dhe as ata qe qendrojne pas jush!”, shkruan Baçi./ CNA
