CNA has secured the investigative file of the SPAK mega-operation, where 50 arrest warrants were issued for the "heads" of organized crime.

Part of the wiretapping provided by SPAK is also a conversation between Ervis Marinaj and former SP deputy Arben Ndoka about the plan to kill Durim Bami.

Martinaj is ready to give the sums of money of the hired killer. While Ndoka tells him that he has found a group from Kosovo to "finish the job". 

Interceptions: 

On 13.06.2020 , citizen Arben Ndoka communicates with citizen Ervis Martinaj and tells him about the group of contract killers from Kosovo that he has found and that he wants to engage them in Durim Bami, but if Ervis wants, he can use them also for other work (murders).

Ervis Martinaj writes that I should answer for their payments.

Arben Ndoka writes: I found a group from Kosovo, who are working, they are great. They are out but they are coming, I thought we should put them in these. They just want work, they get on with it. If you are worried, sit with them, if you need them for other purposes. Anyway, we're putting them in there at D. Ok. They want a small down payment for a house, rent and a gun. I'm telling you about both of them, about De Vall. Okay.
