Businesses, apartments and bank accounts/ The Prosecutor's Office of Fier

The Prosecutor's Office of Fier has seized the property of a person convicted of drug trafficking and participation in a criminal organization.

It is about the citizen with the initials LB. It is suspected that his assets and those of his family members derive from continuous criminal activity.

The seized assets are:

1. 5 (five) properties of the "service unit" type, with an area of ??722 m², 486.7 m², 180.5 m², 57 m², 77.31 m², located in the neighborhood "1-Maji" Fier.

2. Apartment-type property with an area of ??63.6 m², located in Fier.
3. 2 (two) apartment-type properties with a size of 63.4m² and 139.6m², as well as a garage-type property located in "Uji i Ftohtë", Vlorë.

4. Property of the loft type, with a total area of ??221.8m², located in Selitë, Tirana
5. Property of the "service unit" type, with an area of ??197 m², located in Selitë, Tirana.

6. Apartment-type property, with a total area of ??197.4m², located in Selitë, Tirana.
7. 5 (five) movable assets of the vehicle type and motor vehicles registered with the Fier Regional Directorate of Road Transport Service.

8. Property of the type "commercial unit", related to the commercial activity "Bar-Cafe", Fier, exercised by the natural person LB

9. 2 (two) bank accounts with a balance of 212,341.46 ALL and 22,628.7 thousand Euros.

Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction with decision no. 1275 date, 09.10.2023 decided the sequestration of the above assets that amount to over 3,000,000 euros.
