Mohamed Alabbar, head of the Emaar company, has visited Albania again.

Alabbar has stopped in Durrës where the works are being carried out for the biggest project such as "Durrës Yacht & Marina".

"Embracing a radiant future where brilliant minds are creating the evolution of a world-class destination along the stunning Mediterranean coast," the video shared on social media reads.

The works for this project are proceeding intensively, which is considered as one of the investments that will bring extraordinary benefits.

Even the most skeptical and opponents will be disappointed by the success of this project.

2 billion euros have been invested in this project.

The final agreement for the development of the "Durrës Yacht & Marina" project by the Albanian government and "Eagle Hills Real Estate" was signed on January 30, 2023.

Mohamed El Alabbar, on the day of the signing of the agreement, said that in Durrës the latest technologies that were not even used in Dubai will be implemented and he promised that he will not be disappointed by the results of the work.

The promises are being kept, the works are continuing at a fast pace and Alabbar showed this with the visit he made to Durrës where the works are being carried out./ CNA
