"Golden Bullet"/ Alibej's testimony sheds light on the

A hearing was held at the Special Court for the "Golden Bullet" case.

Scheduled for today was the testimony of Erion Alibej, otherwise known as "Krymi".

In his testimony, Alibej has revealed the connections between Albanian traffickers such as Suel Çela, Arjan Spahiu, Hajdar Çopa and Sokol Sanxhaktari. The testimony provided shows the conflicts between them, the drug debts and the guarantees given between the criminal groups.

Alibi's Evidence

Endriti was also based in England. I had not spoken to or met Suel Çela for a long time, due to a dispute regarding Arjan Spahiu and drug trafficking. One day, Endriti told me: “Suel is coming to the house with Sokol Sanxhaktari”. I did not want to meet them. Suel had started trafficking in Italy early on, where he was arrested. In Italy, Suel stole 2 kilograms of cocaine from Hajdar Çopja. Suel was associated with Klodian Çopjan, who was Hajdari's second cousin.

I helped Sueli after his arrest, when he was under house arrest. Arjan Spahiu went and got him, entered from France and brought him out. Sueli owed Arjan half a kilo of cocaine. I acted as guarantor for this, so that he wouldn't get into any trouble.

When Sueli came to the house with Sokol Sanxhaktari, Endriti told me: “We'll meet them, because they're about a drug deal.” I met Sueli, but I greeted him coldly.

I insisted on going to England to work, because Endriti had debts and I wanted to help him pay them off. I went by truck. At first I stayed with my uncle, Arben Dylgjeri, because I had no idea what kind of work I would do. I was able to get supplies and sell cocaine, but I had difficulty finding a house. Hajdar Çopja was a horse-drawn transporter, a very safe route. Departures were made from Germany to Belgium and the Netherlands.

In England, I also went to the house of Franz Çopja, who lived in Tottenham. He checked on the work over the phone. I went to a housing agency, got an apartment and started working very well. I managed to pay off a very large debt that Endriti had at the time. I raised the work to a good and large level, so much so that I caught attention and my name started to be mentioned. It was a time of crisis, because there was not much merchandise, while many shipments were being intercepted.

I worked with many Albanians there. The first one I worked with was a Ylli from Rrogozhina and Klodi from Durrës. After some time, an Ilir Lloshi came to England, who was in charge of organizing the work for Hajdar and Franc Çopjan. He told me that Franc Çopjan had had a problem with the transport of drug horses – a load had been seized.

I made forged Greek documents with the name Kristadhio. The Çopjat helped me.

I continued to work vigorously with the sale of cocaine in England. I want to clarify that it is not true that the war has started for a 50 kg drug shipment. Ilir Lloshi is a childhood friend of Hajdar Çopja. He sent me a message and said: "I want to meet you, I am very sad". He told me that he was at the house of a boy named Fox, also a childhood friend of Hajdar. Ilir Lloshi sent me a photo, where he had black eyes, he had been beaten.

I went to Fox's house and he told me: "They wanted to kill me, I escaped the hands of the English". I told him: "They massacred you". He told me that a shipment of over 50 kg of cocaine had arrived for Franc Çopja. At that time I no longer spoke to the Çopjas. He told me that this shipment had been robbed, the police had gone to the house where the drugs were kept.

I kept Ilir at home for two weeks. He explained to me that Franc Çopja had an English partner. Later we found out that in the house where the drugs were kept, they had tied up a boy from Elbasan and taken everything they had found.
