The number two of the government, Belinda Balluku, has inspected the works in Lot I of the Elbasan-Qafë Thane axis, which is part of Corridor 8.

Balluku informs that the work is moving at a fast pace and that this axis has a special importance as it is the corridor that connects our country with the two neighboring countries.

The Deputy Prime Minister informs that, within a few weeks, the procedures will be opened for lot II of this axis, so that it will not be stopped until its complete completion.

"The works on Lot I of the Elbasan - Qafë Thane axis, part of Corridor 8, are moving at a fast pace, where work is being done on river protection, the construction of works of art and the opening of the route. This axis, which withstands a high traffic flow, is of particular importance as it is the corridor that connects our country with the two neighboring states. In a few weeks, we will open the procedures for lot II of this work, so that it is not stopped until its complete completion", writes Balluku./ CNA.al
