A number of Albanian artists have openly come out in support of the mayor and socialist candidate of Tirana, Erion Veliajt.

Journalist Artan Hoxha recently reacted to these videos published by the artists. In ironic tones, he says that he has seen all the artistic cream of the nation from every corner of the globe with video messages for Veliaj.

He asks on social networks why the "Elders of Kruja" such as Rita Ora, Ermal Mamaqi, Rigels Rajku and other artists are not pronounced.
