The third part of the AKSHI dossier

In an investigation, Top Channel, on the show Inside Story on Wednesday, showed for about an hour that the SPAK part of the investigation into AKSHI should not begin and end simply and only with Mirlinda Karçanaj, Ermal Beqiri, Ergys Agasi and several other names taken under investigation by the Special Prosecution Office.

According to the file, it appeared that Daniel Shima, former deputy director of AKSHI, one of the key people in the tenders, had developed endless properties and wealth.

But, that's not the point. What Top Channel didn't say directly, but tried with a little diplomacy, didn't point the finger to say that this one is just as corrupt as the rest. This one should be accused of another criminal group that is connected to other characters.

CNA reported some time ago, several months before the AKSHI scandal broke and investigations by SPAK began, regarding a citizen Gerond Meçen, who, after the public release of the investigations conducted by special prosecutors, was called a victim.

Meanwhile, Top Channel told us that after several arrests and removals that had already been declared wanted, part of the AKSHI file, the latter had begun to tighten the tenders.

CNA has reported that this character, together with Migena Schroder, blocked dozens and dozens of tenders. We have published a complete list of how the tenders of the AKSHI were submitted to the KPP when Gerond Meçe did not win them. Meanwhile, they are no longer submitted, because Gerondi wins them.

Parts of the NAIS file

In ANASH there is not one part, two parts. The first part was shown by the SPAK investigation. The second part was shown to some extent by Top Channel's "Inside Story". But there is a third part, there is a fourth part. The history of ANASH does not begin with Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agas. Ermal Beqiri created perhaps one of the largest companies by being able to have partnerships with the most famous world brands.

He probably took more than he deserved according to them, he exaggerated more than he should have, he pre-arranged tenders with Ergys Agas, as revealed in the wiretaps, or in collaborations with Mirlinda Karçnaj. But, it is not just Ermal Beqiri. The “AKSHI” file does not begin and does not end with Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agas.

Daniel Shima, who showed Top Channel, could he do anything without Mirlinda Karçanaj's permission until a certain moment? What was the moment that Daniel Shima broke up with Mirlinda Karçanaj? Why did the latter leave him?

The question arises, when did Ermal Beqiri start to become too big? Who were the people before Ermal Beqiri? How many tenders did Gerond Meçe win? What about the other companies? Who entered and exited AKSHI tenders? How many millions have they received, not just with Daniel Shima but also with other characters who are not yet mentioned but have left AKSHI before.

The history of AKSHI is not one, two or three years. The history of AKSHI is the history of a decade that does not begin and does not end with the SPAK investigation, it does not begin and does not end with the Top Channel investigation.

And those who today declare themselves victims, have been beneficiaries of millions of euros from the AKSHI and have split up and started denouncing each other because of the bargains. This is the truth of the AKSHI. One party received a few million euros, then the other party received a few more millions, then another a few more millions. The secret tenders, the value of which is unknown, have not been made public.

Who took them? What services did they provide? There is no story that begins and ends with Ermal Beqiri. There is no story that begins and ends with Mirlinda Karçanaj or Daniel Shima. There is a story with Gerondi, and with others.

The history of corruption at the National Agency for the Protection of Children and Youth in Albania over the past 10 years includes those who today declare themselves victims, or those whose path to moving forward, to doing work worth millions of euros with the National Agency for the Protection of Children and Youth in Albania, has been blocked.

The AKSH must be broken down as a complete investigative file from A to Z, from first to last, because inside it is not simply a name or two that are served to the public.

There are dozens of names of individuals, entities involved in affairs and corruption where someone becomes a collaborator of justice and someone else becomes the victim. They are all together in one bag. In the bag that they have dipped their hands of corruption within the AKSHI. / CNA
