"Ping-pong" with Xhaçka's mandate/ Distance Balla:

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, has distanced himself from a comment regarding the fact that the majority is becoming a shield for former minister Olta Xhaçka, by not removing her mandate.

Balla asked the journalists not to confuse it with the previous task, as according to him, he followed closely the correct answer given by the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla.

"Regarding the second question, I have said that you should not confuse me with the previous task, regarding this, I have carefully followed the correct answer given by the Speaker of the Assembly regarding this fact", said Balla.

We remind you that Nikola has stated that it is not the competence of the Assembly, but of its bodies.

On the other hand, the Constitutional Court has responded to the request of the chairman of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, that it is the Assembly that expresses the mandate of Olta Xhaçka.

All this looks like a game of ping-pong, not to affect the former minister, who is being investigated by SPAK./ CNA
