"Private pensions"/ Flaws: 90% of citizens withdraw the fund upon

Ervin Mete, head of the Financial Supervision Authority, presented the draft law "On private pension funds" during the meeting of the economy committee.

Mete has emphasized that the drawn up draft aims to give a new pace of development to the market of private pension funds.

 If citizens withdraw that money in installments, they will benefit from tax relief.

"90% withdraw their pension fund upon retirement. The purpose is to serve as an increased social protection in the third age and to withdraw in the form of installments as a traditional pension, which means together with the WB it is proposed to assess an exit assessment where they are given the opportunity to benefit from fiscal ease alone if they withdraw them in installments", said Mete. /CNA.al
