“Politikanët ndihen të trembur”/ Spartak Ngjela: Të dy kahet, të frikësuara nga SPAK

Avokati Spartak Ngjela zbuloi se politikanë të mazhorancës por edhe ata opozitarë po ndihen të frikësuara nga drejtësia.

Në një intervistë për gazetaremn Bruna Çifligu ai u shpreh se gjatë muajt shkurt ai ka pritur që SPAK të filonte arrestimet e zyrtarëve të lartë.

Ndër të tjera ai tha se formimi i Gjykatës Kushtetuese mund të frenojë abuzimet me drejtësinë.

“Shenjat janë që po, palët janë të trembura. Shoh që ka frikë nga të dyja kahet. Mazhoranca ka favorin që është mazhorancë dhe ka  shumicën në parlament. Megjithatë, do shohim sesi do ecin ngjarjet. Unë prisja në këtë muaj, ua kam thënë.

Gjatë shkurtit kam pritur që të fillonte një etapë e re e SPAK-ut, sidomos me ardhjen e Dumanit atje. Të shohim njëherë më vëmendje sesi do të operohet. Formimi i Gjykatës Kushtetuese na jep një shpresë që nuk mund të ketë abuzime me drejtësinë”, deklaroi ai./CNA.al
