Godinën e re të DRSHTRR në Korçë/ Balluku jep lajmin e mirë për korçarët

Zëvendëskryeministrja Belinda Balluku ka inspektuar godinën e re të DRSHTRR në Korçë.

Numri dy i qeverisë u shpreh se qëllimi kryesor i krijimit të kësaj godine është që të përmirësohen shërbimet për qytetarët në të gjithë vendin.

 “Jam e surprizuar se këtë projekt e kemi nisur bashkë dhe ka qenë një shkëmbim mes kolegësh duke treguar mirëkuptim të plotë. ARRSH lëshoi pronën e vet dhe ne bëmë një procedurë në të mirë të qyqarëve të Korçës dhe të gjithë që vijnë të marrin shërbim këtu. Synimi ynë është të shërbejmë në mënyrë sa më cilësore. Unë ju përgëzoj për të gjithë punën që është bërë këtu. Shpresojmë që të vazhdojmë kështu”, tha ajo.

Nga ana tjetër, kreu i DPSHTRR-së Blendi Gonxhe, deklaroi se punohet me arkivat e drejtorive, me qëllim digjitalizimin e tyre dhe uljen e përdorimit të letrës.

“Jemi në situatën që po administrojmë dhe të ulim përdorimin e letrës. Duhet të kemi një mendësi krejt tjetër me letrën. Duhet të ndryshojmë mentalitetin dhe skemën e shërbimit që po bëhet. Po skanojmë regjistrin dhe po indeksojmë regjistrat”, tha Gonxhe./ CNA.al
