Also, the representatives of SPAK have exchanged informative experiences in order to increase the effectiveness of the attack on criminal groups that traffic in narcotic substances.

"SPAK is determined to guarantee punishment to anyone and any property derived from drug trafficking", says a SPAK announcement.
