After the agreement for the construction of "Durrës Yacht & Marina"/ Balluku announces other major projects

The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Belinda Balluku, said the project for the Port of Durrës will change tourism in our country once and for all.

According to her, after signing the agreement with the investor, the most difficult phase begins, that of implementation on the ground:

"This project will once and for all change the sights of tourism not only for Albania, but for the entire region. The interest has been very great from citizens from the diaspora and the whole world. It was not easy to negotiate. We walked a completely new path. We already have other projects of this nature.

 The realization of the project will prove that we have made the right choice. This project of this type with PPP provides that the shareholder has all the benefits of an income shareholder. 45% of the current port space remains for the state", said Balluku./ CNA.al
