The case that brought Shkelqim Canin to SPAK is revealed

The former Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani, appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office this morning.

It is reported that the former minister was reported for a case of privatization.

It is about a bakery, which ended up in SPAK through a report in September 2022 by a group of former owners of the land where the facility is located.

They claim that they have acquired the right to the land by the decision of the AKKP as well as by the court decision of the Supreme and Constitutional Court.

Meanwhile, an auction procedure for the privatization of the facility has been opened by the Ministry of Finance and several other ministries.

This procedure was won by another entity and not the land owners. /CNA.al
