The Court of Appeal has again postponed the hearing against Ervin Salianji for the "Babale" case. This is the eighth time the session has been postponed. According to an announcement for objective reasons, one of the members of the judging panel will not be present.

The justification for the previous rounds of postponements was found in the unexplained illnesses of the members of the jury and, as the case may be, the lawyer.

Salianji was found guilty of the criminal offense of 'false report' in relation to the "Babale" case and was sentenced to one year in prison by the Court of First Instance.
