DP candidate Igli Cara has denounced the intransigence of the Durrës Municipality regarding the residents whose houses were affected by the earthquake.

According to him, the residents of the buildings damaged by the earthquake feel frozen in time, still without a solution, even to this day.

"Damaged, not only by the earthquake, but also by greed for quick profits from oligarchs and builders with warm shoulders from the 'brother' Prime Minister, building outside of every standard.

Tired and tormented by wandering without a solution in the offices of the state, the prosecutor's office and the municipality, where they face arrogance, absurdity, corruption and endemic incompetence.

With the difficulties of closing the month and an insufficient rental bonus, with the uncertainty of the fate of their families.
