The project that will transform Durrës into Dubai/ El Alabbar: We will not

Investor Mohamed El Alabbar will invest 2 billion Euros for the Port of Durrës.

Today, the final agreement for the development of the "Durrës Yacht & Marina" project was signed by the Albanian government and "Eagle Hills Real Estate".

The agreement was signed by the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy Besart Kadia, the investor Muhammed El Alabbar and Erlis Hereni, director of the Agency for the realization of this project.

Investor Muhammed El Alabbar, said that in Durrës the latest technologies will be implemented that have not been used even in Dubai and he promised that he will not disappoint in the results of the work.

“Disa nga gjërat që po bëhen këtu janë më të përparuara se në Dubai, ideja e hapjes së vendeve të punës është shumë e rëndësishme. Njerëzit flasin për qytete inteligjente por askush nuk e ka bërë, ndërsa në Durrës do e bëjmë këtë gjë.

E gjitha është pjesë e një zgjidhjeje të qëndrueshme, është kaq e përparuar. Ky është një moment i jashtëzakonshëm dhe dua t’ju përgëzoj për kujdesin që keni për vendin tuaj, në momentin që planifikoni t’i bëni gjërat ju i bëni me zemër bashkë me ekipin tuaj dhe shpresoj që kjo të funksionojë si motivues për të thënë se shumë po ndodh në Shqipëri, rruga para është shumë entuziazmuese, nuk ju falenderoj dot mjaftueshëm që më besuat dhe nuk do ju zhgënjej”, ka thënë ai.
