After chaos and clashes, the agreement for the construction of the bridge over

After several hours of chaos and fighting, the Parliament of Montenegro has approved the agreement with the Albanian government for the construction of a new bridge over the Buna River.

This project will cost around 20 million euros and will be a co-financing between Albania and Montenegro.

The project was presented two years ago, by the Albanian and Montenegrin prime ministers.

During this session full of debates and clashes, there were also protests where the opposition accused the Speaker of the Parliament Andrija Mandiç of transmitting inter-ethnic messages.

Deputies of the party 'For the future of Montenegro' blocked the floor of the Assembly, preventing the normal continuation of the session.

On the other hand, there were protesters outside the parliament hall who hit the institution with eggs and demanded the resignation of Mandic./ CNA
