The former adviser of the royal family, Murat Basha, in a TV show, revealed details of Prince Leka's wealth. Basha has stated that a palace is being built behind Hotel Dajti and according to him Elia Zaharia has received a property donated by the Prince. 

He rejects the accusations of financial problems in the marriage of Prince Leka and Elia Zaharian. 

"I don't know how much the property is because by nature I never ask about such things. They have a lot of property, some taken some untaken. I have no idea of ??figures, he is in a comfortable economic situation, he lived comfortably, he does not know how to have financial problems. I know that a palace is being built behind the Dajti hotel, the lady has received a property donated by the prince"

Basha further indicated that currently Prince Leka is currently living on rent and that after the end of the divorce process he will settle in the Royal Palace.

As for Elia Zaharia and her daughter, who still live in the Royal Palace, they will then move to another house, which according to Basha was given to them by the Prince.

"He is in his house, he has let his ex-wife live in his house and he is living on rent until the divorce is over, he is an extraordinary boy. He is an orphan, he found support in his wife and a family.
