Bedri Elezi, a security expert, said that the event in Gramsh could be a pure case of espionage where Russian and Ukrainian citizens have deliberately done these actions to get the attention of the authorities.

According to Elez, under these conditions, the authorities should investigate the case, but also increase attention to other bases that can be attacked and that are of interest.

He advised through an interview in Euronews Albania to orientate all capacities to provide the necessary evidence for these persons to be criminally investigated for espionage.

"I think that the security authorities in Albania should be vigilant because these actions can often be well-organized actions to cause international incidents," said the expert./euronews
