"OMONIA Himarë expresses its great regret and concern that segments of the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime and the Special Prosecutor's Office placed at the service of Prime Minister Rama and in the role of kamikaze servants kept hidden the decision of April 26 given by Judge Elsa Ulliri in which the falsifications and manipulations carried out in the function of the judicial process against the mayor elected by vote in Himare, Fredi Beleri, were evidenced.

This decision that undoes the entire farcical investigation and the process mounted in charge of Mr. Beleri was delayed in order for the Special Court of Appeal Against Corruption and Organized Crime to unjustly punish Mr. Beleri and usurp his mandate won by free vote. The decision of Judge Ulliri clearly proved that Arsen Rama, the so-called collaborator of the police, gave false testimony and manipulated the investigative process in cooperation with the Sheti Police in charge of Mr. Beleri. Secondly, this decision proves that prosecutors, judges and the police of Vlora have falsified the evidence and the entire charge against Mr. Beleri putting himself at the service of Prime Minister Rama who rushed to show his hostility and fury against the opposition candidate in the local elections in Himare for days on end.
