Olsi Rama, the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, has filed a complaint with the SPAK against the vice president of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, for the accusations and statements made by the latter in a TV show about the "Xibraka" file.  

He accuses Bardhi of "false report". Rama emphasizes that the facts presented by Bardhi are untrue and were published on purpose by the leader of the DP group.

According to Olsi Rama, Bardhi, with all the actions he has carried out in SPAK, has violated the regular and normal activity of the justice bodies, but also the rights and freedoms as an individual, protected by the criminal legislation.

"From an objective point of view, it turns out that the accused has presented false evidence in a program shown on a national television. He has acted publicly in this way, with the intention of starting a criminal proceeding against me, for untrue and unconsummated facts by my side. With this behavior, the accused has violated the regular and normal activity of the justice bodies, but also my rights and freedoms as an individual, protected by criminal legislation. From the subjective point of view, the creation of these evidences has been with direct intent from the accused, as he is aware of their untruth and deliberately intends to present them to the investigative bodies so that criminal proceedings can be initiated against me, the complainant. In view of the legal criteria, the accused fulfills the conditions to be considered the subject of this crime", the report states, among other things.

A few days ago, Gazment Bardhi publicly declared that it has submitted new evidence and facts to SPAK implicating Olsi Rama in the "Xibraka" file. /CNA
