Çollaku attacks Berisha/ "It was not a day for protests"

Kreshnik Çollaku, DP deputy, from the group of dissidents, has expressed his opposition to holding the protest on December 6 on the same day as the EU summit.

According to the same, it was not the right day.

 “Ishte një ditë e gabuar për tu bërë protesta. Nuk kishte pjesëmarrje e pamë, nuk kishte shumë. Asnjë lloj mesazhi nuk kishte për ndërkombëtarë. I vetmi rrezik ishte provokatori. Ishte konflikt delikat, dhe nga një protestë paqësore do të kthehej anti samitit. Nuk përjashtoj as pista të huaja që mund të jenë infiltruar. Mund të kishte edhe nga mendja perverse e qeverisë, për të provokuar opozitën. Nuk e përjashtoj asnjë pistë edhe të ndërhyrjeve të huaja". ka  thënë Çollaku në një emision televiziv.

Më tej ai ka komentuar edhe dhunën ndaj Berishës, duke thënë se përgjegjësia është e Qeverisë.

 “Përgjegjësia është e qeverisë. Kur paralajmërohet një protestë e tillë, policia duhet të garantojë mbarëvajtjen e protestës. Se ka skenare disa, dhe janë serioze. Mendoj që çfarë ndodhi dje… 

Berisha deserves praise for the way he managed the situation. If self-restraint had been lacking, there would have been other scenarios. There would be clashes...between the police and the protesters. There would be a violation of the security of the summit. And anti-European and anti-Western opposition would emerge. This scenario was saved by Sali Berisha's coolness," Çollaku further stated.

According to him, foreign agencies may have been involved in this incident

"I think there are scenarios both inside and outside the country where the opposition is presented as anti-European. The risk of provocations may occur. But projecting the opposition as an anti-European country is cutting off the opposition's oxygen valve," Çollaku stated.
