Journalist Hysni Gurra reacted after the government's decision to demolish 50-year-old buildings which will be deemed uninhabitable.

Through a post on social networks, he called on citizens to stand up against the government, which according to him has turned Tirana into a personal fiefdom.

Gurra addressed the citizens, saying "Put down this gang, submit yourself"

" It is simple. They want to rob your property with banal reasons. They are unstoppable in advancing evil. Why do they do it? Why are they not afraid even though they are in the conditions of daily super scandals and before an electoral process? Because you sleep sleep. You dont talk. You serve them by becoming their activists and servants for a stinking salary, or run away from Albania altogether.

They have turned Tirana into a personal fiefdom. How long will the people behave like this, they will also behave like this. Dictatorship is never formed suddenly, it cannot dominate the whole society unless it finds direct collaborators or those who remain silent.
