Nënkryetari i PD-së, njëkohësisht edhe kandidati për kryetar bashkie të Elbasanit, Luçiano Boçi, mëngjesin e sotëm ka ndarë disa pamje ku tregohen disa zona të mbuluara nga mbeturinat.

Plehra të hedhura jashtë kazanëve apo në vende të papërshtatshme, janë një kosto që duhet të paguajnë qytetarët, ndonëse paguajnë taksa për inceneratorin.

Sërish qytetarët duhet të përballen me një pamje të tillë çdo ditë, ku paratë dalin nga xhepat e tyre, por investimi nuk duket gjëkundi.

Ndotja e ajrit dhe e mjedisit në këto zona po kthehet në një shqetëim për banorët, ashtu siç e tregojnë dhe pamjet.
