Skandali Hysenbelliu/ 120 çështje gjyqësore me shtetin shqiptar

Irfan Hysenbelliut, pronar i disa mediave i ka mbytur gjykatat me procese të ndryshme gjyqësore, civile, penale apo dhe administrative.

Bëhet fjalë për dhjetra miliona euro në këto procese gjyqësore që fillojnë që nga ndërtimet pa leje,  për të vijuar më tej me çështje të ndryshme administrative, penale etj.

CNA.al ka mundur të sigurojë informacione nga mediat në pronësi të zotit Hysenbelliu se ish-kapteri i kohës së Enverit i kthyer në biznesmenë dhe maniat mediash, në të gjithë aktivitetin  e tij mediatikë dhe tregëtar ka të paktën 120 procese.

Një nga proceset më të freskëta të Hysebelliu në gjyqësor, është ndërtimi pa leje, apo rasti i Prestige Resort,  të cilin e kishte ankimuar në Gjykatë.

Gjykata Administrative e Durrësit pa shqyrtimit të çështjes, ka dalë në përfundimin, se IKMT-ja ka zbatuar Ligjin, për prishjen e Prestige Resort./CNA.al
