They did not report political meetings to the CEC/ 24 institutions were caught

The Central Election Commission caught 24 institutions in violation of the law, which did not report within the deadline the political activities they held.

According to the deadlines provided by the law, institutions must report to the CEC the planned activity no later than 5 days before the deadline.

But 24 institutions have not implemented this for the periods 13 - 19 January 2023 and 20 - 23 January 2023. Among them are the Prime Minister's Office, the Assembly and some Municipalities.

Bashkia e Tiranës ka shkelur ligjin në 12 raste,  Ministria e Arsimit dhe Sportit në 7 raste, ministrja e Shtetit për Marrëdhënien me Parlamentin në 4 raste dhe Bashkia Durrës në 9 raste. Ndaj këtyre institucioneve parashikohen gjoba.

Institucionet raportuese në shkelje afati, për periudhën 13 - 19 Janar 2023:

1. Kryeministria (1 rast);

2. Kuvendi (1 rast);

3. Ministër i Shtetit për Marrëdhënien me Parlamentin (4 raste);

4. Ministria e Arsimit dhe Sportit (7 raste);

5. Ministria e Brendshme (1 rast);

6. Ministria e Kulturës (1 rast);

7. Ministria e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale (3 raste);

8. Autoriteti i Mediave Audiovizive (2 raste);

9. Bashkia Durrës (9 raste);

10. Bashkia Elbasan (2 raste);

11. Bashkia Gramsh (2 raste);

12. Bashkia Librazhd (2 raste);

13. Bashkia Roskovec (2 raste);

14. Bashkia Tiranë (12 raste);

15. Prefekti i Qarkut Lezhë (1 rast);

16. Water Resources Management Agency (1 case);

17. Agency for the Support of Local Self-Government (1 case);

18. State Cadastre Agency (1 case).
