Alex Nika's family members do not hand over the audio recording/ "It is our property, we will only give it to SPAK"

Today, judicial police officers landed at the apartment of Aleks Nika's family members.

During an interview for the media, the uncle of the deceased Alex Nika, Mark Nika, stated that the family had not agreed to give the audio recording where the former commander Ndrea Prendi can be heard speaking.

" Today, investigators from the judicial prosecution came to Alexi's house to get information about what evidence we have provided. The case has been buried in the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. They have not had the will to investigate the case. This is probably not due to incompetence, but from political influences, as there are influences from Berishism.

The officers of the Judicial Police asked to be acquainted with the tape, the self-recording. This is our property, but we ask that only SPAK take it. It is impartial. This would lead to the clarification of the case. The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has no interest in dealing with this case.
